Motivated, open-minded and result oriented entrepreneur with a strong experience in complex and dynamic environments, coordinating the whole business structure for common goals. Now I build new teams willing to exercise my creativity and to face new entrepreneurial challenges in a fresh and innovative environment, where I especially enriche business planning, organization, finance and negotiation capabilities.
Educated both in engineering and business, I started a 25 year job experience in the R&D, moving to Operations and Supply Chain, Management and Business Strategy in a number of different companies and business in Italy and in Europe. Team building and soft and hard HR skills are part of the background, while my attitude in front of teams is to improve cross-fertilization thanks to networking activities.
